Our installer will deliver and install your Bin storage unit, Bike storage unit or Garden/General storage unit. After installation our installer will test the doors and locking mechanism with you and take photos of the installed unit. On completion of the installation and testing, you will be required to sign the Acceptance of Unit receipt confirming the unit is not damaged and has been installed to your satisfaction.
Please inspect all deliveries immediately upon arrival. Any damage or defect must be reported to TidyStorage within 24 hours of delivery, quoting your order or invoice number. We regret that claims for damage reported after this period cannot be accepted.
This is a part of the standard terms of sale of TidyStorage and applies to all deliveries unless otherwise agreed in writing.
